oh oh and the first thing i did when i woke up this morning,
fry egg whitee. they look like pretty pancakess. and i had a fail attempt
of trying to be all pro and make pasta.

so i was reading nicholas blog a few days back and i remember the days i
workout at home in my room, nice and hot and musky right after.

let me share with you what i did yesterday.

1min skipping
1min running mountain climbers
1min skipping
1min burpees
imin skipping
1min alternate mountain climbers
1min skipping
imin opposite mountain climbers
1min skipping
1min bicyle crunches

and i repeated it for 3 sets.

its pretty awesome.

i m counting down till 5, to go to kino and get a book,
and probably dinner with mummy and emma jane and diane.
i love family time, i barely get them.
i havent workout for so long and i shall do it tonight,
as nicholas would say it spartan style.
no gym just me and body weight exercises.
talking bout it i might go get a rope for skipping.
cant wait cant wait.

so the epic of my life,
you dont have to tell me i know i gain weight.
chubs happen to be the in thing for many.
soo i worked at zouk a couple of days back and pretty
much got azy and nikko into trouble because i did something stupid,

oh and me and bervin celebrated kevin birthday at sentosa,

i have been working alot and reading, and yeah we are half way through puzzle
fixing, actually i gave up on the idea of completing it.
oh yea i m not seeing anyone, even if i liked someone he probably not like me
soo why bother.
